Sponsorship Opportunities
 

Please note, per PhRMA guidelines and the ACPE/ACCME Standards for Integrity and Independence in Accredited Continuing Education, if Sponsors would like to attend the meeting educational sessions and meal functions they must register as an Attendee as the sponsorship fee does not include conference registration or meals.

 

All Sponsorship requests must be reserved and paid for by 3/29/24; Company logo, banner and/or artwork (as appropriate) must be received by 4/5/24.

Two charging kiosks in Exhibit Hall, each with custom Sponsor wrap branding and MAD-ID logo

Photo Frame

Life-size photo frame to accommodate 3-5 people inside, custom branding which includes both MAD-ID and Sponsor logo

Price: $ 1,500, no sponsor limit

All requests must be reserved and paid for by 3/22/24; Company logo and/or artwork (as appropriate) must be received by 3/29/24.

 

All listed below will have the MAD-ID conference logo and Company logo, one sponsorship per item.

Exhibitor Opportunities

The Exhibit Hall will be available for set-up in the afternoon on Wednesday, May 8th (exact time TBD), and Exhibits may be broken down after the evening Exhibitor Reception on Friday, May 10th.

 

All exhibits must remain open during published Exhibit Hall times as listed in the final program agenda on Thursday (continental breakfast, coffee break(s) and Scientific Poster Session), and on Friday (continental breakfast, coffee break(s) and Exhibitor Reception). The Exhibit Hall will be closed on Thursday and Friday during workshop and plenary sessions.

Option 1: Includes 10’x10’ pipe and drape exhibit area, 8’ High Backwall, 3’ High Side Rails, (1) 6’ skirted table,

2 Chairs and Wastebasket and 17” x 22” Identification Sign

Option 2: Includes 10’x20’ pipe and drape exhibit area, 8’ High Backwall, 3’ High Side Rails, (2) 6’ skirted tables with 4 Chairs and Wastebasket and 17”x 22” Identification Sign Price: $ 7,500 per booth, (5) 10’x20’ booths available, first come, first served

Food & Beverage Offerings:

To increase traffic to your booth we highly encourage you to offer refreshments at your Exhibit Booth by ordering through the Omni Orlando (ie espresso station, popcorn machine, hot pretzels, cupcakes, fruit kebobs, ice cream bars). Menus from the hotel will be sent to you and payment will be made directly to the hotel.

 

Exhibit Theater Opportunities

 

An Exhibit Theater offers the opportunity to provide additional education and engagement with attendees.

The Exhibit Theater will be a designated area within the Exhibit Hall with audio visual equipment as provided below, and theater seating for an audience of 30-40 participants.

Theatre 1 (30 minutes) - Thursday May 9th, 10:00 am - 10:30 am break

Theatre 2 (30 minutes) - Thursday May 9th, 3:00 pm - 3:30 pm break

Theatre 3 (30 minutes) - Friday, May 10th, 9:30 am - 10:00 am break

Theatre 4 (30 minutes) - Friday, May 10th, 3:00 pm - 3:30 pm break

Pricing: 30-minute Exhibit Theater: $ 10,000, available first come, first served (Price includes lectern, monitor, laptop, lavaliere microphone, speaker, seating for 30-40 participants, and AV technician).

 

Advertising Opportunities

 

Hotel Branding Opportunities

The Omni Orlando at ChampionsGate offers branding opportunities throughout the hotel, such as elevator, escalator or column wraps, banners/signage, and floor graphics. Advertising Space in MAD-ID Daily E-newsletter

A company can select from either a logo (PNG or JPG and will be resized as needed), or a banner (PNG or JPG, 580 x 150 pixels) for inclusion in the daily E-newsletter. The logo or banner ad can include a link to the company’s website or link to a video (link provided can include a Reference ID that is created by the company). If multiple days are reserved, different logo(s) or banner(s) may be provided.

Available reports: Number of people that opened each email and number of clicks for each logo/banner

 

Advertising order/location in the E-newsletter will be determined on a first come, first served basis, Artwork/content must be reserved and paid for by 4/12/24.

Advertising in MAD-ID Meeting App (CVENT Events App)

Push Notification(s) are sent directly to attendees’ mobile devices, scheduled in advance, 140 characters max, includes spaces. Requests are on a first come, first served basis, and must be reserved and paid for by 4/12/24, and content required by 4/26/24.

Satellite Symposia

 

Hosting a satellite symposium at the Annual Meeting offers the company an opportunity to invite the attendees at the annual meeting as well as any HCPs in the local Orlando area to the educational session. The symposium may be promotional or offer CE/CME credit to HCPs.

Thurs, May 9th: 6:15 am - 8:00 am, and 11:45 am - 1:30 pm

Fri, May 10th: 6:15 am - 8:00 am, and 11:45 am - 1:30 pm

Sat, May 11th: 6:15 am - 8:00 am

 

The Symposium fee entitles the sponsor to provide/offer a satellite symposium to meeting attendees during the Annual MAD-ID Meeting. These do not include direct costs of providing the symposium (e.g., speaker/moderator honoraria, speaker/moderator travel expenses, food, audiovisual, continuing education accreditation, etc.).

 

The company may elect to utilize the services of MAD-ID’s official Medical Education partner, AG Communications, LLC, or another ME Company of their choice.

 

Date and time slots offered on a first come, first served basis, and will be confirmed once a Letter of Agreement with MAD-ID is signed and the fee is paid to MAD-ID.

Cancellation Policy

 

MAD-ID will be reimbursed for any out-of-pocket costs expended prior to cancellation, including non-refundable deposits, items purchased and similar costs.

 

MAD-ID will provide refund requests based on the following:
